you have the basic idea of how to shade the form, but the proportions on the figure are way off. Her head seems "pulled" to the upper left, the hips should be roughly the width of her shoulders, and her arms should extend to her thigh, with the elbow at her waist. Check out a couple "how to" books, they'll give you some of the basic anatomical formulas, and remember to practice drawing from life and photos, instead of other artist's drawings.
